ABOUT YLS Run by young people, for young people, YLS (Young Leaders Summit) Longreach Presented by the Queensland Family and Child Commission (QFCC) is a one-day, interactive summit designed to inspire and empower a generation of brave, creative and entrepreneurial young leaders. YLS is a vibrant, leadership-centric summit that aims to cultivate a cadre of insightful, resilient and innovative young leaders. The summit is not just about leadership; it's a comprehensive journey through various facets of personal and professional development, including advanced communication strategies, the art of negotiation, conflict resolution, and the building blocks of effective teamwork. WRAP-UP + YLS CONCLUSION Thanks to the support of the Queensland Family & Child Commission (QFCC) all tickets are fully funded for young people and educators to attend. To ensure all local youth have the opportunity to attend, tickets are capped at 30 students per school.
