Boiled Water Alert for Isisford Residents - Lifted
A Boiled Water Alert was recently issued for the Isisford Water Supply System in response to higher than normal levels of turbidity (cloudiness) in the water.
Action has been taken by the Longreach Regional Council to ensure the drinking water supply is safe. Subsequent monitoring of the water supply has shown that levels of Turbidity are now within the limits of reporting for the Australian Drinking Water Quality Guidelines.
You are advised that the boil water alert has now been lifted and no further action needs to be taken by you prior to consuming the water supply.
